For this landed home in Bukit Timah, we outfitted a three-storey residence with tailored window treatments across its various living spaces. The client requested both functional and aesthetic control over light and privacy, while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout the home. Fabric selection was done to integrate smoothly into the home's quiet, minimalist palette and the refined materials seen throughout, such as dark timber floors and textured accent pieces.
In the home office, we installed streamlined roller shades to offer clean lines and glare control during work hours. With its wide floor-to-ceiling windows, several panes of roller blinds were installed to cover the space in entirety.
For the living areas and bedrooms, we used a dual-layer curtain setup: sheer day curtains for soft filtered daylight, and blackout night curtains for privacy and rest. Both curtains were S-fold curtains, mounted in the pelmet from ceiling to floor to enhance the home's verticality.
