Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that high-demand periods (such as BFCM), holidays, natural events, or pandemics may impact delivery times. All prices on our website include applicable taxes, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email (and a text message if a mobile number was provided) with a tracking ID and a link to track your package’s progress. You can also track your package on our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking details to update.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you received incorrect or defective items, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us at customer@loraven.com within 7 days. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

We recommend inspecting the product’s appearance and all necessary parts upon receipt, even if you don’t plan to install it immediately. If any issues are found, please reach out within 7 days, as we may not be able to replace incorrect or defective items or reship missing accessories after this period.
