Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order hasn’t been shipped, it will be canceled upon receiving your request. If it has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you can return the item once you receive it.

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process and post back to your original payment method.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges, allowing requests within 30 days of receipt (refurbished products are not eligible).

Return Shipping

1. For personal preferences, such as a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

2. The seller covers shipping costs only in cases of product issues.

3. Returned items must be in their original packaging.

Non-Eligible Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

1. Products that have been installed or assembled.

2. Products without their original packaging.

3. Certain products display temperature in Celsius and cannot be switched to Fahrenheit; returns due to this reason will not be accepted.

Note: Please verify that the size and dimensions meet your requirements, as we do not accept returns for sizing issues.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not posted, please:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

3. If needed, reach out to your bank to confirm any delays.
